The Blade, Rowes' 65th Donald F. and Mary Angela (Laux) Rowe celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. They were married on November 25, 1950 at Little Flower Catholic Church in Toledo, Ohio. Mr. Rowe farmed in the area for many years, and was employed at Tecumseh Products. He also played the saxophone in a dance band for many years. Mr. and Mrs. Rowe belonged to dance clubs and enjoyed many years of traveling.. Mrs. Rowe, a homemaker, played golf and cards, and enjoyed bowling. She also worked part-time at Elder Beerman. The couple had four children: Rick (Sue) Rowe, Tom (Karen) Rowe, Judy (Tracy) Eisaman, and the late David (the late Diane) Rowe. They have 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. They celebrated their anniversary with their family at Thanksgiving.
