The Blade, James and Lola Brown Celebrate 50th! James and Lola Brown of Temperance, MI joyously celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 18, 2014. The couple were married at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Temperance on July 18, 1964. James retired from the Dana Corporation after 25 years and now works in the aviation industry. Lola has been a child care provider for over 40 years and continues to lovingly care for the children of others. The couple are proud parents of two children, Clifford and James, and enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren, Zachary and Jamieson. The couple celebrated their anniversary with a small family gathering to honor their matrimonial milestone. Their family wishes them years of continued blissful marriage, health and happiness.
