The Blade, Heams' 30th Dennis and Melva Heams will celebrate their 30th Anniversary on June 30, 2014. Dennis retired as an independent jeweler and Melva retired from Jeep. Both attend PN Resurrection Catholic Church in Temperance. An August camping trip to Michigan's Upper Peninsula is planned. Melva and Dennis are avid gardeners and share their home with their English Bull Terrier, "Shemp." Melva: You are the greatest thing that ever happened to me. Love, Denny
