The Blade, 65th Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Kranz celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on April 13, 2013, at a family gathering at the Holiday Inn French Quarter, Perrysburg, OH. Bob and the former Margaret Ann (Midge) Davies were married on April 3, 1948, at Blessed Sacrament Church, Toledo, OH. Bob retired in 1989 after 44 years as an insurance agent for P.J. Kranz Insurance Agency, founded by his grandfather Peter J. Kranz in 1892. Bob and Midge are the parents of five children, Bob Jr., Rick (Judy), Karen (Frank) Balcerzak, Joe (Julie), Jeff (Donna). Bob and Midge have 10 grandchildren plus 4 step-grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren plus 5 step-great grandchildren. Congratulations on 65 happy and healthy years.
